Step One

First of all, get in touch with us and we’ll send you a quote! This is a fast stage of the shipping process: just go to the query form on our homepage, submit your details, and we’ll come back to you with a highly competitive price.

Step Two

Let’s arrange the collection of your car.

We’ll do this either online or by phone, and provide a complete door to door service. In the vast majority of cases, we’ll collect your car from your home, but if our truck’s unable to get through your residential or business area, we may need to schedule a pick up from a nearby site.

This will be at your convenience and may be a parking lot or another local spot. This is to ensure we still collect from you with a minimum of fuss, without potentially risking ours or anyone else’s vehicles.

Step Three

We’ll then move on to signing the contract. This is your chance to read over the agreement and make sure you’re satisfied with our shipping process rate.

We’ll send you a confirmation email, and you can reply to make any changes you feel are needed.

Step Four

At this point, we’ll schedule your car or cars for transport as per our discussions and agreements.

Step Five

We’ll assign a driver to your collection and delivery. A representative will contact you to agree on a time and place to pick up your vehicle, and then the driver themselves will give you a call before they arrive.

Step Six

During the collection stage, your driver will assess your vehicle to identify its condition. Once this is done, they’ll give you a report for future reference.

Your car will then be loaded onto the driver’s trailer, before being secured effectively.

Step Seven

Our driver will contact you 24 hours before they deliver your car, to schedule a time convenient for you. They will then inspect your car to make sure there is no change in its condition, as per the report they gave you.

We can keep you informed of your vehicle’s location while it’s being shipped to the delivery destination, and answer any questions you may have.
